So I got my new phone - it was going to be the 6101 until about 2 minutes before I bought it.
Then it was a 6680.
It's shiny.
Anyway, main reason for the new phone was the losing of the old one. As such, I lack muchly for numbers.
If you reckon I should have/I would like to have/you wouldn't mind me having your number, please to be texting/emailing it on.
Number is the same.

I also believe there are similar celebrations, and somewhat of a goodbye drinks for the Black Tellytubby Saturday night.

Well have arrived out the far side of the black hole of outside world contact that is the Worlds in one piece.
Didn't do so well - worse in individual last year (by 2 points), but at least went 2-2 on team day compared to 0-2 last year.

Well, we're registered.
For the timezone aware of you out there - yes it's 1:15am the night
before the event and I am posting to LiveJournal. But then -
there are reasons for that.
What goes on holiday stays on holiday, at least to a certain extent.
Either way, various deck choice discussions over the evening leave me
with a somewhat reassured, somewhat nervous feeling about deck
choice. Having said that, tis always the case :).
Getting up in just over 5 hours - what joy.

Due to various people prodding that I should just use LJ to write about
the great Worlds adventure 2004, here is some attempt at a first
post. Would have made it last night - but was dead on feet by
time I got the laptop online - so did some mail and that was that.
Incidentally, thanks to all for wishes of good luck already, both
online and in person on Tuesday evening. Which gives us a good
starting point:
